Ideally located in the Basque Country, the Appart'Hôtel Goélia Les Hauts de Milady is in Biarritz, just a few minutes' walk (around 600 metres) from the Côte des Basques beach and Milady beach, popular spots for swimming and surfing. The residence is ideally located, just 7 minutes by bus from Biarritz city centre, making it easy to visit the Lighthouse, the Aquarium, the Rocher de la Vierge and the famous Halles. Nearby, you can also walk to the Thalmar thalassotherapy centre and explore other emblematic towns in the region, such as Saint-Jean-de-Luz (17 km away) and Bayonne (18 km away). For your water activities, the residence features a heated outdoor swimming pool with paddling pool (open seasonally from May to October, weather permitting) and a heated indoor swimming pool.

The Appart'Hôtel offers free access to sports and leisure facilities for your well-being. There is a fitness room, sauna and jacuzzi. Please note that the hammam is temporarily closed (please check at the time of booking). In high season (July and August), the hotel offers a free Mini-Club for children aged 4 to 12, supervised by qualified staff and offering a varied programme of fun activities. Biarritz, the capital of surfing, also offers numerous sports and discovery activities nearby, such as golf (Golf d'Ilbarritz 2 km away), Basque pelota and hiking.

The residence offers practical services for a completely independent stay. All flats (studio to 2-bedroom) are equipped with a full kitchenette (hob, fridge, microwave, dishwasher, coffee machine, kettle, toaster) and a balcony or terrace. Bed linen is included (with change at a charge). Wi-Fi is free in the accommodation and public areas. There is also secure parking (underground for a fee or outside) and a bicycle storage area. Television is included in the flats. Breakfast is served at an additional cost, and laundry facilities are available (at an additional cost). Reception is available to help make your stay as pleasant as possible (with special opening times during the week and at weekends).

Two sports are particularly popular here: golf and surfing. One of the most beautiful golf destinations in Europe: 8 golf courses within a 20 km radius. The mild climate makes it possible to play all year round. From April to November, 10 surfing schools welcome beginners or experienced surfers for a few hours of lessons or a course lasting several days. Cité de l'océan: a unique concept in France. Two exceptional sites dedicated to the universe of the "Big Blue" open the doors to a captivating world: discover the life of the ocean, its rhythms, its fauna, its flora... (200 m from the residence). From the Pointe Saint Martin (lighthouse) to the Côte des Basques via the Grande Plage or the Rocher de la Vierge, the coastline is full of nooks and crannies to discover.
