the persons in reception are very professional, so kind and availebel (even at 6 pm).

I came alone and slept one night during Pentecost weekend. Room was large and clean, all facilities working properly. Staff was nice and friendly, outside environment quiet and family-friendly. Worth a visit, for sure I'll come again if I have the chance.

It's a beautiful hotel with an awesome view on the alps. it's surrounded by mountains and the staff is nice,multilingual and helpful the hotel has a sauna and a pool restaurants with local food are just 5 minutes away :) it's family friendly. I can recommend it to hikers and mountain bikers

We chose La Feclaz for the weekend as we heard there was a ski jump mattress activity for the holiday weekend. The weather was awful :( Top marks to the two chaps who stood in the rain/sleet and helped all of the children perfect their jumps....we will come back next year! We chose this hotel beacause...
