The staff are very friendly, helpful and pleasant.
The location is great for visiting Mont Saint Michel, Saint Malo, Dinan, Dol de Bretagne and many other beautiful places.
The bedding was good, but the cleaning was not great and the sofa was in poor condition.
On the other hand I had a problem with the shower which was repaired very quickly, nothing to say.
Overall good stay, buffet breakfast with plenty of choice, however wifi network and TV unstable but we're on holiday and that's not the most important thing.

The accommodation was comfortable and clean, suitable for 1 couple with 1 child. The indoor swimming pool is a real plus. However, the play area was uninstalled and the village is not accessible on foot (no pavements). Little network for calls and internet.

Decent base for visiting Mont St Michel. Good facilities with pool and sauna but let down by a lack of food choice and availability in the locality.

Room infested with spiders and spider webs. We kindly asked the reception to clean the cobwebs and dead flies , to which they agreed to, yet we came back to find it in the same disgusting state. Old putrid and stained couch in the living room. We are traveling with our 3 month old and I am too scared...

Unfortunately we received a very dirty room.
Blood stains on the curtains.
Soda stains on everywall.
Multiple Hairs in the beds.
Fungus in the shower.
Dirty drains.

Although the reception lady was killinh to help huis. We could only get a small discount IF we stayed. OR she could clean the room. But...

This hotel is not far from Mont Saint-Michel, so I have decided to stay over night.
The receptionist was friendly. Room is very small.
There is a pool, but opened only from 10.00 to 19.00.
Breakfast is average.
Quiet location.
