Located in the family seaside resort of Vieux Boucau, the Lagocéan residence welcomes you for a relaxing seaside holiday. To swim, you can go to the beach by taking the direct access of the residence. You will also be able to swim in the lake which is less than one kilometre from the residence.

Very pleasant flat, well located near the beach and lake, all the necessary equipment even washing machine not specified on the site, very good bedding, spacious and new flat

Appartement propre , bien placé, spacieux, bien équipé. Améliorations à apporter : un miroir supplémentaire serait bienvenu . 3 plaques de cuisson ne fonctionnent pas très bien et la 4eme fonctionne mais le bouton est cassé. Les poêles sont à remplacer ( bombées, ça crame au milieu).

Matelas trop dur bel appartement dans l ensemble un peu petit manque un four trop peu de vaisselle manque des saladiers le téléviseur trop petit appartement bien situé qualité prix très bien 👍 à recommander

Die Lage hervorragend. Sauber. Sehr hatte Matratzen. Unbequemes Sofa. sehr enger Wohnbereich. Unbequemer Liegestuhl. Wäscheständer ruiniert Kleidung. Sehr laute Klimaanlage. Gute Waschmaschine. Geschirr ok aber rudimentäre Ausstattung.
Freundliche Mitarbeiterin bei Resasol. Aber kein Code für Eingangstür...
