Nestling at an altitude of 960 metres in the sublime Louron valley, the residence enjoys an exceptional location on the shores of Lake Génos-Loudenvielle. This natural setting, one of the most unspoilt in the Pyrenees, offers optimum sunshine (hence the name "La Soulane", the sunny side). For those cool summer moments, the resort has a heated outdoor swimming pool with a breathtaking view over the emerald waters of the lake and the surrounding peaks, allowing you to combine relaxation with a high mountain panorama.
In terms of leisure activities, the residence is an ideal base for all the activities in the valley. There's a wellness area with sauna and fitness room to help you recharge your batteries. Just a few minutes' walk away is the famous Balnéa spa centre, the first thermal water relaxation complex in the French Pyrenees. For the more sporty types, the Skyvall cable car is just a short hop from the resort of Peyragudes for downhill mountain biking, while the lake offers paddle boarding, pedal boats and canoeing.
The accommodation is housed in Pyrenean-style buildings combining wood, stone and slate. Each flat is spacious and has a fully-equipped kitchenette (dishwasher, microwave, ceramic hob) as well as a balcony or terrace to enjoy the balmy evenings in the valley. For your convenience, there is Wi-Fi at reception, free outdoor parking and a linen hire service. The residence accepts pets, perfect for exploring the hiking trails that border the lake.

The following are the opening hours of the residence: - from 8.30 am to 8 pm, Monday to Friday - from 9am to 7.30pm, Saturday Reception is open every day from 9am to 12pm and from 5pm to 7pm, except on Tuesday afternoon and Wednesday all day. Arrival times: Saturday between 5pm and 8pm, and departure the following Saturday before 10am. Please inform the residence in case of late arrival.
