In the heart of a green setting and on an 18-hole golf course, the Goélia tourist residence "Les Maisons du Golf d'Armagnac" in Eauze d'Armagnac (pronounced "éoz"), in the Gers, is a rare residence: detached houses for 6 or 8 people, most with their own private swimming pool (with or without the use of it), as well as 2-room and 3-room flats in three small buildings (one storey) at the start of the Golf course, surrounding a communal heated outdoor swimming pool (15m x 8.5m) and its children's pool (4.5m x 4.5m) (open from 04/04/26 to 19/09/26, heated from 15/04/26).

There is also a petanque area, table tennis and a children's playground. We can also lend you board games and an 18-hole golf course in Eauze.

Local market in the residence every Tuesday in July and August.

Nearby, you'll find Lac de Pouy (fishing), a horse-riding centre, as well as the Gondrin leisure park (15 minutes away), Flaran Abbey and its exhibition of great painters, Villa Séviac (Gallo-Roman site) and the Collégiale de la Romieu (UNESCO-listed site). The Nogaro circuit offers competitions almost every weekend. Barbotan les Thermes, 20 minutes away, offers relaxation.

The GR65 passes through Eauze (it is also the route from Le Puy - Via Podiensis - to Santiago de Compostela).

The Gers is a region of gastronomy, Armagnac and foie gras, and its warm welcome and gentle way of life will encourage you to indulge in the 'farniente' essential for a good holiday.

Located in Eauze, in the heart of the Gers, the Résidence Goélia Les Maisons du Golf d'Armagnac enjoys a privileged location right on the edge of the 18-hole Guinlet golf course. For your cultural explorations, you'll be a stone's throw from Saint-Luperc Cathedral and the archaeological centre of Eauze, while also being ideally placed for exploring the Armagnac wine route. To cool off in the south-western sunshine, the establishment has a pleasant heated outdoor swimming pool (open seasonally), perfect for relaxing after a day's sightseeing.

In terms of leisure activities, the estate focuses on tranquillity and outdoor pursuits. As well as direct access to the golf course (with preferential rates for residents), there is a tennis court and table tennis tables on site. For a change of pace, there are hiking and cycling trails in the immediate vicinity of the residence. It should be noted that this establishment favours absolute peace and quiet: there is no noisy entertainment or children's club, making it a real haven of peace for couples and families in search of serenity.

The residence is made up of semi-detached and detached houses, all with private terraces and garden furniture for enjoying the Gascon evenings. The homes are fully equipped with a full kitchenette (including dishwasher and microwave). For your convenience, there is free outdoor parking and Wi-Fi access at reception. Pets are also welcome (at an additional cost), allowing you to travel with the whole family in an authentic and relaxing setting.
