Discover La Norma, a traditional Savoyard resort situated at an altitude of 1350 metres in the heart of the Alps, on a vast wooded plateau in the Maurienne valley. On a human scale, its friendly atmosphere, facilities and 100% pedestrianised centre make it an excellent destination for families! Your cars will remain parked in the car park outside the village, so you can get around safely in a friendly atmosphere. The residence consists of cosy mountain chalets with wooden facades and balconies, and a heated swimming pool (the only one in the resort). It faces due south, close to the tennis courts. The shops and resort centre are just 100 metres away. There is a large municipal children's play area in front of the residence.

On-site facilities include a reception area, lift and launderette. All our flats are accessible by lift, but in some cases a few steps may be necessary to gain access to the accommodation.

Nestling in the unspoilt setting of the resort-village of La Norma, in the commune of Villarodin-Bourget, the residence welcomes you for a rejuvenating stay in the fresh air. Ideally situated at the gateway to the Vanoise National Park, it offers privileged access to breathtaking panoramas and the discovery of Alpine flora. Nearby, you can explore the famous Forts de l'Esseillon or enjoy a natural swim in the resort's lake. To cool off on site, the resort has a pleasant heated outdoor swimming pool, the ideal place to relax in the Maurienne sunshine after a hike in the mountains.

For thrill-seekers and leisure enthusiasts, the residence is the perfect playground: you're just a stone's throw from hiking trails, mountain bike tracks and the "Parcours du Diable" tree-climbing park. Although the residence is quiet and does not offer any in-house entertainment, you will enjoy the immediate proximity of the resort's children's clubs and summer entertainment (located around 100 metres away), including sports tournaments and street shows that liven up the heart of the village.

The flats are warm and functional, and all have a balcony or terrace where you can enjoy your meals outside with a breathtaking view of the peaks. Each flat has a fully-equipped kitchenette with dishwasher and microwave. In terms of services, there is free outdoor parking, access to the sauna (at an additional cost) to relax your muscles after exercise, and the option of ordering your bread and pastries from reception each morning for a gentle wake-up call.
