Discover Perros-Guirec, one of Brittany's most popular seaside resorts and one of France's top tourist destinations, in the Côtes d'Armor. With its two superb fine sandy beaches (Trestrignel and Trestraou) overlooked by remarkable villas dating from the late 19th and early 20th centuries, Perros-Guirec is a family resort with a focus on water sports. It boasts exceptional natural sites, in particular the Grand Site de Ploumanac'h, where you'll find the gigantic heaps of pink-tinged granite with their distinctive shapes, known the world over.The "GOELIA LES 7 ILES" tourist residence is ideally located in the heart of the Pink Granite Coast, in Perros-Guirec, a resort renowned for its liveliness all year round.
During your stay, make the most of the heated indoor swimming pool, fitness room, sauna (extra charge), underground car park, bike room, TV and Wi-Fi access included in our rates. A breakfast room is also available (to be booked the day before).

Located just 200 metres from Trestraou beach, it offers easy access to the customs path (GR34) to admire the spectacular rock formations of Ploumanac'h. For your moments of relaxation, the establishment has a heated indoor swimming pool, ideal for taking a dip whatever the Breton weather, and is right next to the pier for excursions to the Sept-Îles archipelago, the largest bird sanctuary in France.

When it comes to leisure activities, the residence focuses on well-being and tranquillity. You will have free access to the fitness room to keep in shape during your stay. Although the establishment does not offer a children's club or live entertainment (to ensure the peace and quiet of its residents), you can take advantage of its direct proximity to the resort's casino, cinema and thalassotherapy centre, just a few minutes' walk away. Water sports enthusiasts will love the nearby sailing school, which offers surfing, paddle boarding and kayaking to explore the surrounding coves.

For a comfortable stay, the residence offers fully-equipped flats with balcony or terrace and functional kitchenette (ceramic hob, dishwasher, microwave). Services include Wi-Fi access (at an additional cost), a launderette and covered parking (subject to availability). For total relaxation, the main attraction is access to the residence's sauna (at an additional cost), perfect after a day's hiking.
