Discover the diversity of landscapes between Etretat and the Baie de Somme: cliffs, marshes and salt marshes, the liveliness of the resorts all year round, the beauty of the superb seafronts at Mers-Les-Bains and Le Tréport, and their beach huts... Don't miss out on the special features of Le Tréport, such as the Eglise St-Jacques, the Chapelle St-Julien, the old covered market and the Cordiers district.The luxury Goélia Le Phare tourist residence is an elegant complex of 96 flats on 4 floors, with lift, ranging from studios for 2 people to 4-room apartments for 8 people. Its location overlooking the ocean and the entrance to the fishing port makes it a magical place to live, with all the shops in the vicinity. Each flat has its own parking space, including 6 PMR spaces (5 at the front of the residence and 1 in the car park inside the residence), subject to availability.

A car is not essential, except for visiting this beautiful region!

During your stay, make the most of the heated indoor swimming pool (12m x 4m, depth: 1.50m with a children's section at 0.40m) with wheelchair access (seat lift), open non-stop from 10am to 7pm, 7 days a week, and the wellness area (sauna, steam room) at an additional cost.

On-site: reception, lounge, breakfast room, bread and pastries delivery service (to order the day before for the next day), heated indoor swimming pool, wellness area (sauna, hammam) at extra charge. Free Wi-Fi access at reception and in accommodation.

Résidence Goélia Le Phare enjoys a privileged location on the heights of Le Tréport, offering quick access to one of the most beautiful views on the Côte d'Albâtre. Just 900 metres from the town centre and bustling fishing port, you can easily reach the famous chalk cliffs with the nearby free funicular. For your cultural outings, the nearby town of Eu and its royal castle, as well as the seaside resort of Mers-les-Bains and its Belle Époque villas, are not to be missed. For those moments of aquatic relaxation, the residence has a heated indoor swimming pool open all season long, complemented by a heated outdoor pool (open depending on the weather).

In terms of leisure activities, the establishment offers a variety of facilities for all the family. There's a pétanque court, table tennis and a sauna (extra charge) for those moments of relaxation. Although the residence does not offer children's clubs or organised on-site entertainment to ensure your peace and quiet, there are plenty of activities in the immediate vicinity: an aquatic centre (O'Tréport), a casino, a cinema and sailing schools in the harbour. Hiking enthusiasts will love the coastal paths (GR21) that wind along the cliffs.

The residence offers a wide range of services to ensure a functional and comfortable stay. The flats, ranging from studio to 3-room, are all equipped with a full kitchenette (ceramic hob, dishwasher, microwave). To make your arrival easier, free outdoor parking is available (subject to availability). The residence also offers à la carte services such as bed and bathroom linen hire, end-of-stay cleaning and Wi-Fi access in the accommodation. Pets are welcome (at an additional cost), so you can travel with your whole family.
