Situated around 700m from Les Conches beach, in the heart of the national forest, Domaine des Oyats is the perfect place for a peaceful getaway in the heart of nature, with family or friends, halfway between La Tranche sur Mer (7km from the centre) and Longeville-sur-Mer (6km).

The residence comprises semi-detached villas. It has a communal heated swimming pool with children's pool (open from 04/04/26 to 19/09/26, weather permitting). There is also a volleyball court, table tennis, mountain bike hire (extra charge) and laundry facilities.

Situated in the heart of an unspoilt pine forest in Longeville-sur-Mer, the Goélia Le Domaine des Oyats residence enjoys a privileged location just 700 metres from the fine sandy beaches, accessible via forest paths. This natural setting in the Vendée is the ideal starting point for discovering the Marais Poitevin or taking a trip to Puy du Fou, around an hour's drive away. For those moments of aquatic relaxation, the establishment has a heated outdoor swimming pool (open seasonally) with a children's pool, perfect for cooling off after a stroll around La Tranche-sur-Mer.

In terms of entertainment, the estate offers a variety of facilities for all the family, including a multi-sports pitch, table tennis tables and a petanque area. Although the residence is quiet and does not offer children's clubs or organised on-site entertainment, there are well-known surf schools and numerous cycle paths winding through the national forest in the immediate vicinity. For thrill-seekers, the O'Gliss Park leisure park is just a few kilometres away for an exciting day out.

To ensure a comfortable stay, the residence offers fully-equipped villas and flats with kitchenettes (ceramic hob, dishwasher, microwave). There is also Wi-Fi access (at an additional cost), a launderette and free parking at the entrance to the estate. For total relaxation, a wellness area with sauna and hammam is available on reservation, offering you a gentle interlude in the middle of the Vendée pine trees.
