Nestling in the heart of Saint-Georges-d'Oléron, on the eastern side of the island, the residence is ideally located for exploring the treasures of Charente-Maritime. Just 4 km from the superb fine sand beaches (Plage des Sables Vignier and Plage des Bonnes), it is the ideal base for visiting the famous Chassiron lighthouse or strolling around the Douhet marina. As for relaxation, the establishment boasts a superb heated outdoor swimming pool with children's pool, open from April to the end of September depending on the weather, perfect for relaxing in the Oleron sunshine after a day exploring the area.
For activity lovers, the residence is all about conviviality and outdoor sports. There's a multi-sports pitch, table tennis tables and a petanque area. Younger guests will be delighted by thechildren's play area. Although the residence favours peace and quiet and does not offer a noisy entertainment programme or supervised children's club, it is located very close to a number of cycle paths that provide easy access to the island's sailing and surfing schools, as well as horse-riding centres for rides through marshes and forests.
In terms of comfort, the residence offers flats or small detached houses in the local architectural style, all with a fully-equipped kitchenette (ceramic hob, microwave, dishwasher). To make your stay as easy as possible, there is free outdoor parking and Wi-Fi access at reception (extra charge for accommodation).
