In the heart of the Vendée, just 17 km from St-Jean-de-Monts and 30 km from Les Sables d'Olonne, discover the seaside town of Saint-Gilles-Croix-de-Vie, a listed tourist resort with a lively family atmosphere all year round. Saint-Gilles-Croix-de-Vie has everything you need for an exceptional stay, with family or friends.
Our residence is just 400m from the "grande plage", which stretches for more than 3.6km. You can get there on foot via a pedestrian bridge that gives access to the large beach on the section dedicated to surfing (part of the beach known as "la Passerelle"). The beach club (team sports, bouncy castle, trampolines, etc.) is located on the Grande Plage and is open in July and August. The beach is supervised in July and August. 1.5km from the residence, you'll find all the entertainment of the port, shops, bars and restaurants, discotheque, casino and "Cinémarine" cinema.

During your stay, whether in a flat or maisonette, you can take advantage of the heated outdoor swimming pool from 04/04/26 to 19/09/26, Wi-Fi access at reception during opening hours (access limited to 30 minutes per person per day), outdoor parking and, at an additional cost, sauna, whirlpool baths, laundry facilities and continental breakfasts. A food truck is available in the residence on Monday evenings during the February, April and October school holidays and on Tuesdays during the July and August school holidays between 7pm and 9pm.

The residence boasts an exceptional location, just 400 metres from the sandy Grande Plage, which is directly accessible on foot. Nestling in the heart of the renowned seaside resort of Saint Gilles Croix de Vie, it's the ideal base for exploring the Corniche Vendéenne or heading off to theIle d'Yeu. For those moments of aquatic relaxation, the establishment has a heated outdoor swimming pool with a children's pool (open from April to September, weather permitting), allowing you to vary the pleasures between the ocean and swimming in the residence.

As for leisure activities, there's a pétanque court and table tennis. Although the residence is quiet and does not offer a noisy entertainment programme or children's club, you will find all the resort's facilities in the immediate vicinity: surfing schools, sailing club and casino. Families will appreciate the nearby cycle paths and municipal play areas along the embankment, guaranteeing active, varied days out for young and old alike.

For a comfortable stay, the residence offers a wellness area with sauna and hammam (extra charge), perfect for recharging your batteries after a day of sightseeing. The flats are fully equipped with a functional kitchenette and most have a private balcony or terrace. There is also Wi-Fi access (at an additional cost in the flats), a launderette and free outdoor parking (subject to availability) or optional covered parking, making your holiday logistics simple.
