A jewel in the crown of the Albret region in Lot-et-Garonne, in the heart of the Nouvelle-Aquitaine region, discover Nérac, an ancient Gallo-Roman villa set in the valley of the Baïse, a small navigable river that gives the medieval town all its charm. Nérac has plenty to offer in terms of tourism, history and architecture.
Discover Nérac, a small town with a medieval and Renaissance character, located in the Val d'Albret in Lot-et-Garonne. This ancient Gallo-Roman town, 20km from Agen, lies in the valley of the Baïse, a small navigable river that gives the town all its charm.

Nérac Aquaresort is set in a landscaped park with gardens and leisure areas, adjoining a 1,000 m² aqua park, and 150m from the town's historic centre. The Val d'Albret "Lud'o Parc" water park adjoining the residence is made up of leisure and recreational pools in a setting of Gallo-Roman remains: pools, waterfalls and aquaglisse, inflatable structures for children aged 3 to 10. The Ludo Parc is open from 01/07/26 to 31/08/26 (dates subject to change).

Within our residence, you will find a reception, a children's play area and a bowling green, as well as a car park and WIFI access at reception during opening hours, with access limited to 30 minutes per day per adult.

The Goélia Aquaresort residence is ideally located in Nérac, in the heart of the Lot-et-Garonne region. Set in green surroundings on the edge of the Parc de la Garenne, it is within easy walking distance of the town's historic centre, its Château Henri IV and its river port. For heritage lovers, characterful villages such as Vianne and Barbaste are within easy reach. The highlight of your stay isdirect access to the Lud'O Parc aqualudic complex (open July/August), located just opposite the residence, with its vast pools, slides and play lagoons for all the family.

For your moments of relaxation and sport, the establishment has a complete wellness area with sauna, hammam and whirlpool baths (at an additional cost). There is also a beach volleyball court, a bowling green and ping-pong tables for friendly afternoons. Although the residence does not have a daily entertainment programme, it offers a dynamic environment thanks to its proximity to the town's leisure facilities. Children will be particularly delighted by the play areas and large secure areas on the estate, making this complex the perfect choice for an active, fun-filled holiday.

The Aquaresort flats and houses are designed to offer maximum independence, with a fully equipped kitchen (dishwasher, ceramic hob, microwave). Each apartment has a private balcony or terrace with garden furniture for outdoor meals. The residence offers practical services such as a launderette, Wi-Fi access (at an additional cost) and free outdoor parking. A warm welcome and pet-friendly facilities guarantee a comfortable stay in a friendly, family atmosphere.
