The area surrounding the Landal Alpine Lodge Lenzerheide is a real paradise for active families and nature lovers. The Arosa-Lenzerheide ski area is right on the doorstep with around 225 kilometres of pistes, ideal for skiing, snowboarding or cross-country skiing. In addition to classic winter sports, you can also go ice skating or take a romantic horse-drawn carriage ride through the snow-covered landscape. Night tobogganing, where you whizz down into the valley on an illuminated track accompanied by music, provides extra action. The 3,060 metre-long toboggan run with 31 bends and a height difference of 480 metres is particularly impressive.
The region also has a lot to offer in the warmer months. Over 300 kilometres of cycle paths and 170 kilometres of hiking trails lead through the impressive Alpine landscape. A popular excursion destination is the Heidsee lake with its outdoor pool, pirate ship and climbing mountain. Here you can hire pedal boats or rowing boats or simply spend a relaxing day by the water. Sporty visitors can also try out the combination of cross-country skiing and shooting in the Lenzerheide biathlon arena and get to know a completely new sport.
