- In high season the campsite is open 24 hours a day. In the low season, the reception is open every day from 07:00 to 23:00. - Between 23.00 and 7.00 the campsite has quiet hours. It is not possible to walk around the campsite during this period. If you arrive by car during the quiet hours, you must park in the outside car park near the reception and walk to your accommodation. - The Information Point is open from 15/04 to 02/11 08:00 - 12:00, 13:00 - 21:00: travel information, buying public transport tickets, booking a tour. - The Ciao Bella Restaurant is open all year round from 6:30am to 12:00pm and 6:30pm to 11:00pm. - The pool bar is open from 01 June to 18 September from 12.00 to 19.00.

I stayed here for a week
and then returned to Germany.
I found this place welcoming, close to the Vatican City. I booked a comfortable, clean, and quiet chalet. There's a restaurant inside, but the only downside is that it's closed for lunch. I had the breakfast buffet, paying directly at the cashier....

Online check-in wasn't working for us (not sure if that's the case for the other 30+ people waiting) and there was only 1 staff member on. Poor chap even had to answer 2 phones whilst handling the unwieldy line, so he was severely overworked. We had to wait 60 minutes just to be seen to get our keys....

We stayed here for 4 nights and in that period we only were able to have a hot shower 1 of the days. They lacked the info structure to have hot water for all the guests.

The resort seemed to be a stopping place for large tour groups that had very little respect for others that may be staying there...
