- In high season the campsite is open 24 hours a day. In the low season, the reception is open every day from 07:00 to 23:00. - Between 23.00 and 7.00 the campsite has quiet hours. It is not possible to walk around the campsite during this period. If you arrive by car during the quiet hours, you must park in the outside car park near the reception and walk to your accommodation. - The Information Point is open from 15/04 to 02/11 08:00 - 12:00, 13:00 - 21:00: travel information, buying public transport tickets, booking a tour. - The Ciao Bella Restaurant is open all year round from 6:30am to 12:00pm and 6:30pm to 11:00pm. - The pool bar is open from 01 June to 18 September from 12.00 to 19.00.

The most horrible hotel I have seen! Room was dirty everywhere including sheets and towels! I had to wait for two hours when I arrived until they find me a room though I have booked already online! Staff at the restaurant were very rude and I can safely say RACIST RACIST RACIST ! they made fun of me...

Myself and my husband stayed in a chalet suitable for 3 people .we had a lovely decking area outside. The downside unfortunately was! we couldn't make use of it... no canopy or umbrella to shade us from the very hot sun....very disappointed as we would always have breakfast/ lunch outside....

The positives: cheap, nice pool, clean site, good air con in room. Lovely staff in the market shop (2 men) and nice reception ladies. Good entertainment but limited. Security man kindly gave us a lift to the room in the golf buggy with our heavy luggage.

When my husband and I arrived, our room was wide open to the 37 degree Rome heat (104ish farenheit) and bugs had entered. Every door and window was open. We were confused, but closed everything...
