Nestling in the heart of the Périgord Vert region in the Dordogne, the Goélia Le Domaine des Nouailles residence enjoys a privileged location in a 7-hectare landscaped park, just 3 km from the centre of Nontron, a town of character famous for its cutlery. This pedestrianised estate borders a charming lake, offering a soothing natural setting for your walks. There is a lovely heated outdoor swimming pool (open seasonally) with a solarium. Nearby, you can explore the treasures of the region, including the Château de Jumilhac, the Villars caves and the medieval village of Brantôme, nicknamed the Venice of Périgord.
In terms of leisure activities, there's plenty for young and old alike, with beach volleyball, petanque and badminton courts, as well as a children's playground. Those seeking peace and quiet will appreciate the opportunity to go fishing directly on the estate's lake, or to explore the many hiking and cycling trails starting from the residence (Accueil Vélo label). In July and August, the establishment comes alive: a free children's club (6-10 years) welcomes your little ones for fun activities, while sports activities (tournaments, muscle toning) are available for teenagers and adults to liven up your stay.
For your comfort, the residence offers fully-equipped chalets on stilts and duplex flats, all with a terrace, garden furniture and dishwasher. Free parking is available at the entrance to the estate, to ensure the peace and quiet of the site. Facilities include free Wi-Fi access at reception, a launderette and a wellness area with sauna (extra charge). To make your summer mornings easier, a bakery service with bread and pastries is available in high season by prior arrangement.
