The campsite is open from 13 April to 25 September. The opening hours of the reception vary according to the season. In July and August, it is open every day from 8.30 am to 8.30 pm. In April, May, June and September, it is open from Monday to Friday from 9 am to 12 pm and from 2.30 pm to 6.30 pm. On Saturdays and Sundays, it is open from 9 am to 6.30 pm. A night duty office is open until 11 pm. If you arrive after these hours, you must make an appointment. The campsite is entirely pedestrianised for the safety of young and old. Access by car is limited to the parking space at the entrance to the site.

On site, you will enjoy a large fully heated water park, consisting of 2 outdoor pools (1 with 3 slides) and 2 paddling pools. 1 heated indoor pool. All pools are equipped. The pools are open 7 days a week, from 10 am to 6 pm out of season*, and from 10 am to 8 pm in July and August. The slides operate every weekend from 2pm to 5pm from 1/4 to 7/6 and from 7/9 to 29/9 and every day from 11.30am to 6.30pm from 7/6 to 7/9. The swimming pool is open from the opening of the campsite until 29/9. The campsite also has a balneo pool near the outdoor pools. This is a heated pool of 700 m². The campsite's balneo pool is composed of a river with current for 1 or 2 people buoys, a lagoon. It is also equipped with 6 anatomical benches (air massage), a massaging square (air + water massage jets), a massaging river (air + water massage jets), 8 air-water massage jets, 3 swan necks. The whole with a rock decoration and integration of waterfalls. The opening is planned for May 2022.
