The campsite is open from 13 April to 25 September. The opening hours of the reception vary according to the season. In July and August, it is open every day from 8.30 am to 8.30 pm. In April, May, June and September, it is open from Monday to Friday from 9 am to 12 pm and from 2.30 pm to 6.30 pm. On Saturdays and Sundays, it is open from 9 am to 6.30 pm. A night duty office is open until 11 pm. If you arrive after these hours, you must make an appointment. The campsite is entirely pedestrianised for the safety of young and old. Access by car is limited to the parking space at the entrance to the site.

- From Bordeaux: direction Bayonne by A63 then by RN10, take exit 11 MAGESCQ (140 km), direction AZUR (8 km), and direction MESSANGES (8 km).
- From PAU : direction Bayonne by A64, exit 6 PEYREHORADE/ST VINCENT DE TYROSSE (80 km), direction ST GEOURS DE MARENNE
