The organisation of the staff needs to be reviewed: no swimming pool wristband break on our arrival, an appointment for the inventory of fixtures was made on our arrival but had not been taken into account on the day of departure, bar/restaurant service is poorly organised, etc.

Large rat on pitch. Complained to reception twice. Was told we have no rat trap. I would have expected a business of this size to have a protocol for dealing with vermin.Was told it was normal in the country. Not next to my dining table it's not! Still reeling from poor treatment. May ask for money...

Firstly, the positives.
The location is fab, if a little remote and Loix is the loveliest small village imaginable (the bread and the pastries in the local patisserie are to die for).
Our pitch was excellent, secluded but right beside the centre of activities.
However.
The staff couldn’t care less...
