A family campsite on a human scale, located less than 10 minutes from Barjac and the thermal cures at Les Fumades, our campsite welcomes you to the heart of a 4.5-hectare park planted with trees, with its 90 spacious, shaded pitches surrounded by generous, fragrant vegetation.

This year, go to Camping Universal, based in Rochegude in the Gard department. You won't be disappointed by this campsite, which offers memorable holidays for families and friends alike. Let yourself be seduced by the Languedoc-Roussillon and its treasures. You can spend hours lounging in the unheated outdoor swimming pool, which is only open during the summer months. Throughout your stay, you'll have access to all the services and facilities offered by the campsite. There's a launderette on site. There's also a grocery/snack shop, a restaurant and a bar (to name but a few), so you won't have to go far to get something to eat. Staying at Camping Universal in Rochegude also means having access to a range of activities to keep you busy throughout the day. We have been going to this camping for several years. It has always been a great and relaxing experience. A quiet camping along the river. The kids activities well organised.

The owners are helpful and any problems are quickly resolved.

We strongly recommend this camping to families ...

This campsite is lovely. The sites are large and shady. The river beach is reached by a set of steps that then go right into the river. You then need to wade across if you want to sit on the pebbly beach on the other side. The river is perfect for small children as there are plenty of shallow spots,...

We decided to do a 4 week holiday, booked nothing at all apart from ferry crossing out.
Found Camping Universal and decided to call and luckily they accomodated us and our caravan for a week.
Very good value for money, excellent facilities and 100% going back!!!!
We went August 2015, so in high season.
Lovely...

Ce camping est très bien situé au bord de la Cèze. On peut se baigner dans la rivière et également dans la piscine du camping.
