Facing the ocean and 200m from the beautiful sandy beach of the Grande Côte, come and stay at the Tahiti Village which regroups two establishments, Camping Tahiti and Camping La Grande Côte 3 stars. is located in Saint Palais sur mer, 6 km from Royan in Charente Maritime. Looking for a change of scenery, calm, beautiful sandy beaches and bike rides, you've come to the right place! You will enjoy an ideal location 200 meters from the beautiful sandy beach of the Grande Côte.

During the summer season, the campsite offers entertainment every Monday morning for 3-10 year olds: manual activities, tatoos, treasure hunts... For fans of mussels and chips and parties, the DJ-animator will be back for 2020 for everyone's pleasure. You will find it on Monday evenings of July 13 and 27 and August 10, 2020. On the service

side, you will have at your disposal on site: a grocery store with sale of local products and a bakery service every morning. A few meters from the campsite you will find various ice cream parlours, creperie, pizzeria and restaurants...

We have booked the campsite for our summer vacation because of the new pool area. It does not show anywhere that you have to pay for this area. The price is 15 euro pr person pr day. Its crazy. They delete the comments on this in their Instragram account.

We stayed in August at Tahiti on a large pitch (Gold) with our own toilet and kitchen. Glad that was in the back of the camping, so we enjoyed peace and not much trafic. Pitch was good in size. Facilities were fine. Lot of Italian guests, later many Germans. I would say a good mix.

- Our location was covered with snails, grasshoppers and mosquitos
- Our location was full with dust, noisy and garbage of previous residents
- Our location was smelly with dog piss
- We could not sleep because of the noise
- There were never any beds available on the pool
- The Pool water was disgusting...

We were far from satisfied with the place.

You should be happy to sit on the toilet for a long time, and remember your phone! There is often a shortage of toilet paper. That's why a phone is nice so you can call for help if there is no one else in the toilet building.
