Overlooking the ocean and just 200 metres from the beautiful fine-sand beach of La Grande Côte, come and stay at Tahiti Village, which comprises two sites: Camping Tahiti and the 3-star Camping La Grande Côte. It is situated in Saint-Palais-sur-Mer, 6 km from Royan in Charente-Maritime. If you’re looking for a change of scenery, peace and quiet, beautiful sandy beaches and bike rides, you’ve come to the right place! You’ll enjoy an ideal location just 200 metres from the beautiful sandy beach at La Grande Côte.

During the summer season, the campsite organises activities every Monday morning for children aged 3–10: the programme includes arts and crafts, temporary tattoos, treasure hunts and more…

As for facilities, you’ll find the following on site: a convenience shop selling local produce, as well as a bakery service every morning. Just a few metres from the campsite, you’ll find various ice-cream parlours, a crêperie, a pizzeria and restaurants…

Little information on arrival, dirty pools, toilets are disgusting and smelly especially around the pool areas, multiple showers don't work, huge amounts of bird poo on car and tent each day, hundreds of crickets all over the tent, hundreds of mosquitoes, we had so many mosquito bites all over our bodies....

Very clean, awessome places to be, great pool areas and mostly of all - Amazing water gym instructor! She made the whole experience for me with her sport to keep in shape all holiday. A special thanks to her!

We stayed in a Deluxe L pitch with a caravan, 2 adults and 3 children (9, 7, 3) for 9 nights.
The grounds are nice and in general well maintained. The pitches can overgrow with vegetation but having grown up in southern Italy, it does not surprise me.
The facilities are clean considering how many people...

We have booked the campsite for our summer vacation because of the new pool area. It does not show anywhere that you have to pay for this area. The price is 15 euro pr person pr day. Its crazy. They delete the comments on this in their Instragram account.
