If you were looking to book a 4 star, maybe have a look at the other options around. 4 star it may have been 20 years ago, but most certainly not anymore.
We stayed in a mobile home, which was clean'ish, but to be fair we booked an Essential so I found it satisfactory.
However, the park in itself is... old and tattered. The children's area is like something from the 80s, the animation team, I wasn't quite sure where they were in the day; other than of course on the football area every day with the 16 plus. Which was a shame as the sports offered were mainly for the older kids and most definitely NOT in English, or any attempt to include the English or Irish children on the park. This then left those children to attempt to play mini golf, through the un maintained long grass, or attempt a quick swim in the massively over-crowded and I would say dangerous ( by the way, I didn't spot your maximum capacity sign?) For the poor lifeguards, who were trying to do a brilliant job, whilst being mobbed with people..
The bar, other than smelling of a pub whose carpets haven't been changed for a decade, had the most bizarre system in place. With 1 long queue and 3 bar staff all trying to serve but a whole bar area left empty!!! Slow beyond anything I have seen before, not helped by the cocktails that will take each person much longer to make.
I didn't eat in the restaurant, we preferred to take the bike ( a plus! That is Independent on site and not siblu in charge) to la palmyre for dinner. We did grab a pizza from the snack bar on site, which was fine and no complaints about wait time.
The maintenance man aswell, he was clearly over run with issues all over the park, but was kind enough to come and change the gas late at night, so he deserves a mention.
I didn't see any sales staff trying to sell me a mobile home which was a great thing, as those people tend to get on people's nerves over a holiday. However, I did see them as they drove far too fast around the park roads; which already had children, cars, bikes, dogs, electric scooters, electric bikes, scooters, motorbikes and vans on it, rarely doing 10 km speed.
All in all a park too big for it's facilities, and an accident waiting to happen, be it the pool, the roads, or the play area.
