You'll enjoy a beautiful water park with a heated indoor pool and an outdoor area with 2 heated pools, a large paddling pool, a 4-lane pentaglide and a tube slide. The entire pool area is open in July and August. At least 2 pools as well as the slides and splash zone are open the rest of the season. In the aquatic area, swimwear such as swimming costumes, boxer shorts, bikinis, 1-piece swimming costumes, burkinis, etc. made of suitable swimming fabric.

Espace Bubbles :
In each Espace Bubbles, there are playrooms for little ones to have fun in complete safety, a world their size for adventures worthy of the Razmokets. Without doubt the favourite activity of the little ones, getting their hands dirty with paint, glue, stickers and feathers, to make the most beautiful drawings appear before the tender eyes of their parents. There's everything you need: toys galore, paint for future artists, a ball pool for the adventurous and even a sandpit for the more daring. All this with Bubbles' friends, even better than at home!

Pirates Club :
Team games, toboggan races, sports tournaments, treasure hunts, creative competitions, there's a bit of competition between Pirates, but always in good spirits. The Pirates are always up for a challenge, so the activity leaders had better keep up the pace! Beach volleyball, football, basketball, cricket, hockey, water polo - sports fans are in for a treat. One tournament follows another for our indefatigable sports enthusiasts. Afterwards, there's nothing like a game of water polo or a tobogganing competition with friends to cool off. Every week during the school holidays, they love to prepare Talent Show Time. This show, during which the children take to the stage to perform in front of their parents, is the big moment awaited by the Pirates, who have rehearsed for a whole week to deliver their best performance.

Club Barracudas :
Theatre, singing and dancing, Club Barracudas is regularly transformed into a Star Academy castle! Once or three times a week in the evening, the Barracudas party, Kuda Nightclub, flashmob creation, street dance classes exclusively for teenagers.

The campsite is too big, and the water park and entertainment area are too small. No clear view from the bar, restaurant and snack bar area onto the stage. The Equinoxe hall is of little use.... Lack of professionalism on the part of a lifeguard who was supposed to be running her aqua aerobics classes. On several occasions, early in the morning, the groundsman was mowing the lawn. Last year we went to La Pignade Siblu; everything was well suited to the number of holidaymakers, and the staff were very professional, as were the security guards.

⭐️⭐️ 2/5 – Disappointed with the campsite despite an excellent mobile home We’ve been coming to Charente-Maritime for 37 years and, unfortunately, the Siblu La Charmette campsite was a first for us… but also a last. As for the mobile home: 100/5! ❤️ We stayed in a mobile home owned by a private owner and were completely satisfied with it. It was clean, well-maintained, of a high standard and perfectly suited our needs. In fact, we left it even cleaner than we found it, as we really enjoyed our stay. A big thank you to the owner for that! However, as far as the campsite is concerned, our experience was much more mixed. Firstly, we found it difficult to understand certain rules that seemed to change from one week to the next. In the first week, we were allowed to play pétanque until 1 am. In the second week, at midnight, we were asked to leave the premises. We didn’t really understand why. We’re on holiday: if the village shuts down at midnight, what are holidaymakers supposed to do afterwards? The result was that the young people who stayed on the campsite after being asked to leave the village ended up making even more noise and were much less supervised. This way of doing things struck us as rather paradoxical. As for the entertainment, we were also disappointed. We didn’t find it particularly interesting or up to the standard of a campsite of this size. Between the entertainment, which didn’t really thrill us, and the fact that we had to leave the village areas by midnight, we really felt as though we were spending our holiday going to bed like little chickens. 😅 On holiday, we do expect to be able to enjoy our evenings, especially at such a large campsite that hosts so many people. As for the swimming pool, there too, it was a huge disappointment. The campsite is huge, almost like a small town, but the pool areas clearly aren’t big enough to accommodate so many people. This leads to rather unpleasant situations. In particular, we witnessed instances where the lifeguards were moving or removing people’s belongings whilst they were simply in the water, assuming they’d gone off to eat or do something else. The way they went about things and the tone used with some campers also struck us as particularly unpleasant, particularly on the part of some of the more senior lifeguards. My daughter also fell victim to this: she was sleeping next to a sun lounger, with her belongings there, and despite this, the lounger was taken. This caused quite a bit of a fuss. Once again, we mainly felt that the swimming pool simply isn’t big enough for the number of people the campsite accommodates. Finally, we sometimes felt that the campsite really pushes people to spend money. As long as you buy food on site, everything’s fine. But on the last day, when you’ve got some food left in the fridge and you just want to make a few sandwiches to make the most of your day, you’re quickly reminded that outside food is not allowed. The problem is that when you ask where you can eat your own food in peace, the answer is: there are no tables provided for that. It’s rather hard to understand. To sum up: the mobile home was absolutely perfect and we’d like to sincerely thank the owner. ❤️ But as for the campsite itself, we were disappointed by the organisation, certain rules, the entertainment, the management of the swimming pool and the overall impression. After 37 years of holidays in Charente-Maritime, we’ve finally decided we’d rather pay a bit more and return to the campsite opposite, Le Bois Doré, where we enjoyed the experience much more. It’s a shame, because with such a large campsite and such facilities, we really expected much better. The only positive point was the friendliness of the ladies at the information points Accommodation: 5/5 | Service: 2/5 | Location: 4/5

We had a wonderful time at les charmettes. The mobile itself, site facilities, location, shows and entertainment very good. Beautiful beaches nearby and luna park being so close was grest. However, there were very few English speakers at the campsite while we were there. With all the kids stuff in French...

Positives -- nice Caravan , site & pools when open great, used to come here every year as an owner with family, good memories facilities entertainment used to be excellent.

Negatives -- Avoid September, bars shut all day Mondays & Tuesdays .

Lovely caravan , lovely site with good amenities but .... how can they have a shop on site that sells sweets that the kids cant take into the club area including the playground area , stopped by security for having one pack of sweets , I get there's rules but if it's bought on site where is the issue...
