1,400 for 10 days! Far too expensive for an ageing mobile home with no TV, Wi-Fi and, above all, no air conditioning. Even though the campsite as a whole is very pleasant, this price is not justified. I’ll be more careful about value for money in future. Because of the extreme heat – it was unbearable in the mobile home – we left three days before the end of our stay. Not a single message from the campsite to ask why, and on top of that, we haven’t received the bill.

I liked the swimming pool and the private bathrooms; Yannick was brilliant, 👍 and the staff were welcoming. The timetable wasn’t always followed. The restaurant was excellent, particularly the Creole evening. A very pleasant stay.

The setting is beautiful, but there is clearly a lack of vegetation on the tent pitches and a lack of privacy. The pool edges are dilapidated and hurt your feet. And the toilet facilities are old, and there is graffiti in the toilets.

The location, on the Dordogne, is relatively remote and, except in peak season, has no shop or restaurant, not even bread for sale, so you need a vehicle if you need to get something to eat during your stay. The campsite is accessed from a rather potholed and bumpy road off the D18 and is 5km from Argentat....

Lovely campsite with plenty of shade in a truly beautiful valley by the river. Toilet block and swimming pool a little tired and in need of matainance.

Visited in July with our 4 and 6 year old children, staying in a cabin and had a wonderful stay.

Plenty to do for the children, whilst being close to towns and their amenities.

A relaxed and family friendly camp site in a stunning location.
