This year, head to Côté O La Palmyre, a campsite based in La Palmyre in Charente-Maritime. You won't be disappointed by this campsite, which will give you a memorable holiday. In a wooded setting, just 4.5 km from the sea, this campsite is the ideal place to satisfy the desires of the whole family: lazing on the beach, water sports activities, cultural visits... Sandy and dirty pitch with late night parting every night

We stayed in a prestige pitch, it was complete sand and dirt, the cabin with sink, microwave, fridge toilet and shower was great but living in the dirt for a week was too much even with this additional luxury.
The late night animations went till midnight every night then you had the drunk patrons walking...

Loved our stay in June 2023. This is the second time we have stayed here and we will be back. We can’t think of one negative thing to say - it’s all good! Great pool, good mobile home, nice quiet and relaxing but things to do if you want.

Great place for parents to relax and kids to have fun - plenty for them to do and the beach is not too far away if you want to see the sea Our children thoroughly enjoyed themselves and didn't want to leave. We were a bit sad too!

We booked this campsite to try something different from the Les Castels sites we have to previously. This is certainly not a 4 star site it claims to be. The Shower blocks and toilets are a bit tired looking and could do with upgrading, and some toilet paper & soap would be nice.

We enjoyed this site with its lovely large clean swimming pool. The toilet blocks are clean and well kept. Most of the site staff speak excellent English which is always a bonus. If the weather is not so kind you can use the new indoor pool at a sister site down the road. The site is well shaded which...
