We arrived here 2 days ago with our touring caravan. We had sailed to Bilbao and then driven here, which was an easy route.
On arrival at about 1pm the reception staff were so friendly and helpful and we got checked in with no problems.
We have a fully serviced touring pitch, with private bathroom....

We had an awful réception time.
The guy wanted to give us the keys earlier than 3pm but the woman refused. He had to tell her we were premium and that the place was empty since a couple of days before she decided to hand us the keys over.
We didn't have the adapter, as last year they said they lend...

Lovely area with pitches overlooking the lake. Pool excellent & entertainment team were a joy, full of enthusiasm for you to enjoy your stay. Bar is great & bar staff were friendly, making you feel welcome.
Only downside was reception staff, our experience whilst checking in wasn’t the best as information...

Great campsite with well maintained and clean facilities, well stocked supermarket and onsite bakery, the entertainment onsite does go on into the early hours some evenings with teenagers making a lot of noise so this is not a site for people looking for peace and quiet through the night, great location...
