What I liked least was the lack of supervision at the swimming pool – there wasn’t any! There were large rubber rings floating about, even though they’re not allowed! And a football that hit me right on the head because some people don’t follow the rules! The site wasn’t kept in good condition. The staff were very enthusiastic and friendly. The food and snacks were excellent! The water wasn’t very clean (the indoor pool wasn’t at the right temperature and the outdoor pool wasn’t heated at all). Overall, this campsite has a lot of potential and we’re satisfied…

The mobile home wasn’t very clean but was very practical; it’s a shame the entertainment ends at 11 pm. When we arrived at the mobile home, we didn’t get the keys until 5.30 pm because it hadn’t been cleaned.

Having been a regular at campsites all my life – as my family has been camping here for 30 years now, from one generation to the next – I can say that I particularly enjoyed my stay at your campsite. I really enjoyed the entertainment, as well as the warm welcome and friendliness of the activity leaders. The managers were also very friendly and, above all, very much present on the campsite. We saw them regularly, which is really nice and makes a change from some campsites where the management are much less visible. There were always activities on offer and the general atmosphere was absolutely brilliant! The swimming pool was also very pleasant. I found the campsite had a very family-friendly and welcoming atmosphere, and I sincerely intend to come back next summer. I did, however, have a minor issue on arrival at my mobile home: a very unpleasant smell coming from the kitchen. I reported the problem straight away and the team sorted it out very quickly. The problem was coming from the bottom of the fridge; they cleaned it and everything was sorted very quickly. I really want to highlight how responsive and efficient they were: thank you to them! If I had to suggest one area for improvement, it would perhaps be the organisation of arrivals on Saturdays. We all arrived at 3 pm, as stated, and had to wait outside for about half an hour, in the blazing sun. Perhaps a different arrangement could be considered to avoid this wait, especially when it’s very hot. But that really is the only minor negative point I could mention. A big thank you to the whole team for a brilliant stay, your warm welcome and your good humour. A family atmosphere, top-notch activity leaders and a very responsive team: I’ll probably be back next year with great pleasure!

I was rather disappointed with this campsite for a number of minor reasons. The swimming pools weren’t properly maintained; there were bits of hair in them, which really put us off. We had to scrub the liners to get the grime off. The mobile home was great – well laid out, the only one of its kind – but the main problem was the lack of privacy from the others. From your terrace, you could see into the toilets of the one opposite. The snack bar and the bar had rather late opening hours. Communication needs improving in certain areas, between what’s stated on the website and in the welcome leaflet and what’s said on arrival (for example, the time for collecting bread in the morning). A launderette – handy! Except that there were only two machines for the whole campsite, one of which was out of order... We’ve given it a go, but unfortunately we won’t be coming back.

Lovely stay here. Pool was great , snack bar was great. Entertainment every night for the children. Not many English speakers but we got by! Mobile home was not that roomy but had everything we needed.

Très déçus de notre séjour au Camping "Paradis" qui vend du rêve par son nom. En regardant sur le site ça a l'air super mais en arrivant c'est la déception. Pas du tout un 4 étoiles.
Un très bon accueil en arrivant mais l'entrée dans le mobil home refroidit tout de suite.
