Not enough space to store our shopping – crisps, pasta, tinned food, lunch… The sofa bed was a bit low compared to the table and the telly… There were some ants when we arrived, but they were dealt with quickly… Otherwise, the terrace was lovely, with its picnic table and clothes line.

Velo camping area very poor. Very cramped, also pitches on two way narrow hill, far from facilities and next to busy road. Facilities that are available are excellent. Also begging a persistent issue in cafe area of site.

We stayed here before as the accommodation is fine, but because this is France they don't open the on site swimming pool until July 1st, irrespective of 40C temperatures. The bar only opens at 4pm so there's nothing available during the day, as that's also where the on site supermarket is, if you can...

Small campsite in city centre seven tram stops from the heart with a very frequent and reliable tram service next to campsite. The Nantes Pass is a must if staying for a few days as it pays for itself with tram transport/admissions to tourist sites/airport transfer. Staff at reception are very helpful...

We stopped over on our way to St Malo and thought this was a gem of a place, located a couple of km from the centre of Nantes and in a lovely, lively area.
The site is well run and the staff were very pleasant. For dog owners, there are excellent dog walking options.
