Good to know: The campsite's pool area is accessible to people with reduced mobility. The heated indoor pool is open from 05/04 to 03/11. The outdoor pool is only open in July and August. The slides are open from 15/05 to 15/09. The entire pool area is reserved for residents and is not accessible to visitors. For safety reasons and to ensure the peace and quiet of everyone in the pool area, you must wear clean clothing exclusively for swimming. For reasons of hygiene and/or safety, the following are not permitted: - all daily cotton underwear - board shorts - swimming thongs - topless clothing - loose-fitting clothing, swimwear and headwear, including lycra - neoprene clothing such as shorts and wetsuits

The only real highlight was the top-notch entertainment team and swimming pool. The communal toilet facilities were out of order, the lighting for the pétanque court was inadequate, the washing machine wasn’t working, and there weren’t enough outdoor parking spaces – which led to us being fined €135 for stopping at the side of the road for three minutes whilst asking where we could park our vehicle. The campsite was very spread out; as we were pitched at the far end, the distance between our pitch and the entertainment areas made it difficult for us to take part in the activities during our holiday. The mobile home was very small and there was a hot water problem that couldn’t be fixed; there was also a lack of cookware (saucepan).

Despite the crowds, we were able to enjoy the swimming pools; the only issue was a few ants when we arrived, but we alerted reception and they were very quick to respond. Pets are allowed, but it’s a shame there aren’t any bins for dog waste in the paths. We would have liked to stay another week, but the price is high.

No issues with the cleanliness of the bungalow (perhaps we were just lucky with the previous occupants). However, for a 5-star campsite, a check of the accommodation (even if there’s no formal handover) should be standard practice. This would prevent, for example, finding a broken bed slat lying in plain sight on the bed on arrival (which was replaced very quickly). Furthermore, we had dinner at the restaurant during a ‘mussels and chips’ evening; no complaints about the mussels, but those who ordered meat were very disappointed (cooking instructions not followed, served lukewarm and overcooked, no meat knife despite being asked for one). The bill was very high for a service that was completely lacking. We therefore do not recommend it. The pizzas at the snack bar are good, but here too, the order was not followed correctly (an ingredient was to be omitted and this was not done; fortunately, there were no allergic complications). The main water park is really too small for the capacity of Les Pinèdes 1 and 2. The mini-golf course could do with a revamp. The staff and activity leaders are polite and helpful. Our children really enjoyed the activities on offer.

Just come back from a week at the site in a comfort accomodation with a 16 and 7 year old. Overall we were really happy with the site, the facilities and the chalet as everywhere was clean and mostly well maintained (a climbing frame broke in the kids playground so it was roped off for the last 2 days).

Good location in France. The site itself is kept fairly well and quiet enough. Nice access to safe and family friendly cycling routes.
