We didn’t see the campsite managers; there was no contact with the new arrivals. We simply asked for two bungalows side by side, but this wasn’t arranged – not a word was said, even though Mrs Homair tried to find a solution; she was, however, very kind and helpful. Dog poo wasn’t picked up, so as I don’t have a dog,it’s the very least they could do – pick it up or even provide poo bags. It closes on the 27th, so everything must be closed on the 27th – no bar. It was a dormitory-style campsite. Well-located for the area. But your platform sells us a dream that, uponupon arrival didn’t match what was advertised. So I’m disappointed too

The welcome and helpfulness of the Homair staff were impeccable. However, the campsite’s facilities are very run-down. The staff at the snack bar are very, very rude – a shame for business owners. It is because of these last two points that we won’t be returning and won’t be recommending the campsite to our friends and family. On the other hand, the mobile home and the Homair staff get 5 out of 5.

Shouldn't be a 4 * campsite from my experience

I am writing this review as I am currently staying in this campsite for 6 nights. This is the worst 4 * campsite I have stayed in the last 10 years of visiting France. I do not like to complain, but feel this is necessary for other travellers. We are paying 80 euro per night for a family of 4.

We arrived at the site after a 20+ hour drive from England to have to stand in a que to get the welcome pack and pay the deposit. The caravan was nice and it was clean, the thing that really let this site down was the staff. The staff were ruse and miserable, the animation team did not speak English...

Beautiful campsite, friendly staff, safe environment for kids, lots to do, clean facilties. What more could you want?! Had a wonderful holiday and would reccomend to families or couples.
