We've been using this campsite for nearly 10 years! The campsite is very well situated on the Ile de Ré, close to all the shops, with a warm welcome and a wide range of activities! But this year, the water heater in our mobile home broke down despite 4 interventions by the heatin

We rented a pitch for our motorhome The pitch they allocated to us was very small, so we asked for a bigger pitch. They gave us a different pitch which was very adequate. The toilet and showers were very very basic and not the cleanest. Not what we expected. We actually moved to a 4 star campsite which...

15 mins walk to centre of St Martin de Ré.
Quiet campsite.
Toilets were not very clean.
Wifi was expensive.
Didn't use the bar or BBQ facilities but they looked ok.
Busy when we visited on wked of 15th August.
Pitches were on the small side but still enough room for a large 6-berth campervan.

we have been going to this site now 3 years, we absolutely love it! within minutes by bike we were in st martin and 20-30 minutes la flotte market.
lovely staff who spoke English and lovely clean site. definitely going back in just a couple of weeks

This site lacked character. It felt very enclosed - a bit like a housing estate. It was neither close enough to the town nor the beach. The bike ride would have been too much with two young kids. The Ile de Re is a fabulous holiday destination island. the French have been restricting development since the bridge opened in 1988, consequently this campsite is a little overcrowded, but having said that, so are all the other campsites I saw on the island. This site is spotlessly clean and very quiet....
