Situated between the Brenne Park and the Val de Creuse discover the charm of the banks of the Creuse at the "Les Chambons" campsite which welcomes you in a shady and calm setting.

In July and August, you will enjoy free use of the aquatic centre located 2 km from the campsite, consisting of outdoor and indoor pools, a river with current, a paddling pool and slides. The campsite team organizes pétanque tournaments during the day and theme evenings are organized from time to time.

On the service side, you will have a grocery store, a snack bar, and a fresh bread and pastry depot every morning in high season. The other amenities will be quickly accessible thanks to the town centre 1km away or the supermarket 800 metres away.

In July and August, you can take advantage of the aquatic centre located 2 km from the campsite (first ticket free, then €3.4 per person). Outside there's a paddling pool and a pool with a bubble lagoon, a running river, a geyser, a water cannon and a pentaglide. Inside, you'll find a swimming pool, a leisure pool and a waterslide. Access to the aquatic area is free for campsite guests in July and August.

The owners and managers are super friendly, always listening to and serving the holidaymakers. The place with all the services available even during the hours outside service they are available stays super pleasant thanks to them.

We stayed for 2 nights in June 2019. The site was easy walking distance to Argenton-Sur-Creuse and the Roman ruins. Not all pitches have electricity and some are sloping so chocks maybe needed. The facilities were clean and well maintained. Some English spoken. The office was closed on arrival we found...

We stayed for one night en route to the South. A warm welcome and told we could pitch anywhere. Lovely choice of shady, flat grassy pitches, some on the edge of the river. Clean toilets and showers, all basic but fine.

Nice clean shady campsite just off the A20 after Chateauroux. Stayed here on the way to the South coast after driving from Caen. Very friendly lady running the site and clean toilets and showers. Fort dommage camping spacieux mais toilettes douches non nettoyées poubelles non vidées nous avons séjourné 3 jours et obligé de nettoyer les douches avant de s'en servir ne mérite pas les 3 étoiles..
