The Catalpas campsite is located with direct access to the river in the middle of the Bastides and at the foot of the Château de Bonaguil. A real central point, it allows access to the most important sites of the Dordogne and the Lot. Fishing enthusiasts will find pitches directly on the water's edge. You will enjoy the outdoor swimming pool which is positioned on the river bank.

In July and August, the whole family will enjoy the activities which are proposed to you during the day: archery, fishing initiation, hikes and petanque competitions. Once a week, you can enjoy a theme evening.

As for services, you will find a snack bar, a TV room with electronic games, table football and a playground for the little ones.

Enjoy the unheated outdoor swimming pool of 140m2. You will have a view of the river and enjoy a nightly pool party once a week in July and August. The pool is open from 15 June to 30 August and from 10am to 8pm. No access for visitors.

Had beautiful views of the Lot river as we breakfasted and BBQd on his camp site. Had great fun with the owners Philippe and Katherine. Both were very helpful and good humoured. The pool was quiet and ideal for cooling down after a days cycling.

We stayed there for 8 days for a holliday and a bit of fishing on the river Lot.

The owner is a very friendly person who speaks english as well!!!

Great quiet camping site with great service, you can order the bread you want the next morning and it wil be ready for you at the main office in the middle...

Advised by fellow cycle tourists not to miss staying at Les Catalpas as it was on the Lot Valley cycle route that I was taking and was warned that I would want to stay for more than just one night!
