In the low season, the atmosphere is more peaceful, but during the summer school holidays, a super-dynamic and professional entertainment team offers a rich and varied programme for a fun-filled stay!

In the morning, start your day at the pool with a variety of aquagym classes, muscle toning and water games. Fitness/stretching, yoga and dance classes like Zumba are also on offer!
Numerous sports and fun tournaments and pétanque competitions are organised throughout the day, as well as activities such as walking and jogging.

In the evening, take part in the various aperitif games, lotto, quizzes and bingo, followed by themed dinners. Afterwards, it's time for a party, shows and concerts! Sing karaoke and sway to the beats on the dance floor!

Two clubs are available for children and teenagers during the summer school holidays, from 10am to 12pm and from 3pm to 5pm (times confirmed on site):

Children's Club (4-12 years): sports and recreational activities, games and board games. Discovery of the mini-farm, treasure hunt, sports tournaments.

Teenagers' Club (13-17 years): sports activities, sports tournaments, dance classes, dance evenings, etc.

For all team sports, football, volleyball, basketball or beach volleyball, the multi-sports pitch is waiting for you! Try your hand at one of the region's two sporting specialities: rugby on a specially dedicated pitch, and Basque pelota on the local fronton (ball and equipment loan for all these sports).

Other ideas to keep you busy: several petanque courts (boules available on loan), 18-hole mini-golf course (extra charge), pinball (extra charge), table tennis and badminton (equipment available on loan).

Daredevils? There are three real accrobranch courses on the campsite, including the super 200-metre zip line above the water park! (Open every day in July and August (except Saturdays) and weekends and public holidays in low season, at extra cost).

Contemplative? 2 ponds await you for one or more fishing trips! (Please bring your own fishing tackle, as no-kill fishing is possible without a licence).

For the little ones, there are no fewer than 4 play areas, trampolines and other games for their enjoyment, not forgetting daily visits to the mini-farm with ponies, donkeys, wallabies, llamas, goats, pigs and chickens.

Whether you're a walker or a cyclist (you can hire a bike for an extra charge), the new 3 km greenway leading to the ocean starts from the campsite, or you can take a stroll along the stream to Bidart's beautiful beaches to discover this pretty little corner of nature.

The Rhune train: (23 km or 15 min): A real attraction, well-known and recognised in the Basque country, here's a most picturesque ride offered by this little cogwheel train! You'll be blown away by the magnificent scenery during this pretty 35-minute, 9 km ascent to the summit of La Rhune at 905 m altitude. From here, you'll be treated to some of the finest views of the Basque coast and the Pyrenees!

Espelette (22 km or 30 min): Pretty Basque village totally dedicated to its famous chilli pepper. Not to be missed!

Grottes de Sare (25 km or 40 min): Dive into the bowels of the earth. A fascinating experience!

Bayonne (19 km or 25 min): A magnificent city of art and history, renowned for its festive atmosphere and numerous summer events, Bayonne is the capital of the French Basque country. With its incomparable architectural heritage, museums and cathedral, a UNESCO World Heritage Site, it's a real step back in time! And savour the city's gentle way of life as you stroll through its narrow streets and pretty, tall houses with colourful shutters.

Bassilour mill (800 m): This outing is for gourmets of all ages! As well as the rural setting, you'll be in for a gastronomic treat! With its carefully preserved recipes from another era, opt for a tasting of the famous and no less delicious Basque cake!

Biarritz (8 km or 5 mins): Europe's capital and France's biggest surfing paradise, once a holiday resort for the nobility, set off to discover this very chic and renowned seaside resort. From its large beach, a real curiosity of the town, to the Art Deco casino, take a stroll through its picturesque streets, rich in architecture and renowned for its thalassotherapy.

Saint-Jean-de-Luz (8 km or 5 mins): This is where the Sun King married the Spanish infanta, Maria Theresa, in 1660... Discover this city of character, its historic centre, its fishing port and its beaches. Most of the streets, many of which bear the names of Luzian privateers, are pedestrianised, perfect for a stroll. And don't forget to try the many delicacies on offer, including macaroons and kanougas (soft Basque caramels with chocolate, coffee and walnuts)!
