kids loved the pool

I feel bad to give to give an average, but its due to a lack off communication and help provided. The campsite itself is clean, however, we went on a last minute, weeks holiday. if you go here you need to hire a car, or stay longer to allow for the buses. so if newbies only thing to remember is. empty... your bin every other day and place it in the huge bin, otherwise if leave it to leaving until leaving day, its a struggle and countless trips to the bin as only 2 located onsite. The shop is lovely got the basics has lovely fresh bread daily, but closes at lunchtime, however, there is a lidls up the hill so need a bus or a car to make the weekly shop a lot cheaper. make sure you get provisions prior. standard. when you arrive the white house, as known, this is where you pay a deposit for footballs, basketballs and games for the kids. There is a lovely petting zoo and go ape, if you have cash pay the guys otherwise go to the white house. also get the whites to issue bus tickets as they won't accept cash on the bus. the girls in the white house aren't that helpful so it's pot luck. the onsite bar/fast food is lovely but doesn't open until 12.only fries and burgers no salds or healthy stuff because its a campsite so you should go back to the caravan, if you bring your food out the picnic areas are no near the pool etc, so beware its frowned upon.it seemed. The surrounding towns are very expensives and menus change according to time so if have fussy kids good to check.adviseable to get the bus into town so you know how to return as the bus company doesnt even know! if you order a taxi it cost double as they charge you to come from the town to get you.
When we were there, the buses and taxis went on strike but our euro camp shop was shut for lunch so no one was available to help. i asked another company euro holidays to help us and they drove me and my family to the airport otherwise we would have been stuck. So apart from those teething probles now i know the layout i would go back there again, as clean and nice, but with a car, as all the surrounding towns do shut for siestas, so annoying if bus all the way to these things to not do anything. and they won't tell you. and its very limited English.the main pool is fun for the kids and is watched by a lifeguard. there is a x2 mini pool for toddlers which is great. Unless the kids are older you cant hire bikes for them to play on as you can't see them and its hilly you need to do it as a family. but its advertised as if the kids can do this, i wouldn't advise it though unless older. kids club??? i wouldn't bother its never open its run by the same 4 people on 12hr shifts The night entertainment for this is terrible it's a badly dressed minion dancing around. bingo was good though and open night, lead into a false sense of security thinking it was a fun nights entertainment everynight but it isnt. no one knows whats happerning even the board is incorrect. i wouldnt leave my kids, at the kids club, due to no information what the hell is going on, so to me that isnt safe. plus it seems to be closed all the time. This is my impression. However the resort itself is SAFE the mixture of families there were kind and nice no hassle or rudness everyone gets on and its a nice environment to chill so if your a busy family, there you can do whats on offer in a few hours. Internet make sure you pay for a muti devices via your phone others its one at a time its a nightmere. and there is no tv in the caravans.
