My two-week stay went well; the catering service was top-notch and the entertainment was good, but it’s the same thing repeated week after week – they just need to change the programme from time to time and it’ll be perfect. Otherwise, the cleaning service was spot on – they came round several times a day. If it’s dirty, it’s often because guests don’t respect the place, like flushing the toilet or sweeping the floor in the loo, but apart from that, everything’s fine.

Does not deserve 4 stars. We were here 2 yrs ago and boy has it gone downhill. Met another camper who said the same. Customer service is shocking- disgruntled staff from reception to bar, just seemed annoyed to have to answer a question from a visitor. Chap at reception just had his chin in his hands...
