The campsite Le Ragis is located in the heart of the Vendée, in the Pays de Loire region, 15 minutes away from the beaches, secured, its coastal landscapes and the iodized air of the Atlantic Ocean, a quiet campsite with its Water Park (1 heated outdoor swimming pool with a paddling pool, 1 heated indoor swimming pool with a paddling pool and 1 pool for slides) as well as its fishing pond.

For the greatest pleasure of the children, they will discover the mini-farm: rabbits, hens, goats and donkeys. During your stay, you will enjoy a cart ride with the donkey Chocolatine who loves children.
In season, they will propose you many animations for all the family. Dance evenings, karaoke, shows, bingo.

Throughout your stay you will enjoy a snack bar open in July/August, a bread and pastry shop, a Wifi access for a fee on the whole campsite as well as the possibility to rent a bike.

As a family of 5 we were camping on an electric hook up for 11 nights.
As far as camp sites go its fine.
None of the staff speak Englsh so if this is going to be a problem, you may want to think twice. My children had been looking forward to to the kids club which is advertised but due to the staff...

We stayed one night in one of the bungalows. Bed was quite comfy and the place was clean. We didn't use any of the facilities (swimming pool etc) so can't say anything about that. The staff was nice and helpful. The camping is easy to find just outside Challans, on the road To Soullans.
