Disappointed

This was our third holiday to France in three years, so knew what to expect, or so we thought.
As we have a 7.5 metre long caravan, and awning with annexe or pup tent, and large tow car, I emailed customer services twice to inform that we would need a larger pitch, and was told it would not be a problem.... We found our pitch easily enough, BUT, there was no way it was big enough. We only just managed to fit the caravan on but nothing else. Went to reception to complain, they sent their odd job man to see what was wrong. After playing dumb for a little while and us threatening to leave, he showed us 2 or 3 other pitches, all of which were not really any better due to trees in the middle of the pitch or sloping very badly etc. Back to reception and spoke to the manager, Annabelle I think, who worked out that we could have another pitch but not until the following day. (This was the previously mentioned, in another review, sloping pitch 194). Having forgot about that review due to being annoyed about our pitch size we agreed to that. It looked a nice pitch looking over where we had been allocated first, and a little closer to the toilet block.
The following morning we moved up to pitch 194. Sloping my god !!! It didn't look that bad with a couple of tents on it the day before. It was also as uneven as a freshly ploughed field. To enable us to level the caravan we had to find the odd job man again to ask for some extra blocks to use. He gave us three concrete blocks with some annoyance, but at least he got one of the young lads to drop them off using a golf buggy for us. To highlight how much it sloped, the rear of the van was just off of the ground at the front of the pitch, while the tow hitch was about a metre off the ground. All the pitches seemed to be very close to each other, in some cases it looked like barely a metre between them.
The showers. Cool showers and getting colder each time we used them. This was also the same for all the sinks. Complained to reception, temperature increased - for a day then went cold again, missed out cool temp. This pattern of events continued again and again, during our 3 week stay. The final time we complained about it we were told it was fine there was nothing they could do. When we asked for the email address for their head office they asked if we could meet odd job at the toilet block now. He arrived shortly after and said the water is fine, look. After waiting several minutes for the water to get warm he agreed it was not warn enough. He went to the boiler and I saw that the temp was set to 20*, he turned it up to 30*. Ta-Da, warmer water instantly from the taps. Job done.
The toilet blocks could do with updating or repairing and half the toilets in the top block were always locked out of use.
Grey wastewater, was supposed to be emptied into a toilet, which is also used for the chemical toilet. There was no way I could lift my grey water container up onto that so they arranged for us to use a locked out of use shower type toilet. Also the toilet block we were supposed to use for this was the bottom one and the one furthest away from us.
Don't want to sound like a moaning ole so n so, as it was mainly the water temp and being allocated a small pitch to start with that tarnished the holiday. It is a great location for the beach. We were able to grab our boards, surf and body, and walk to the beach, surf then back for breakfast. Nice pizzeria outside and huge mobile ice cream parlour at the other end next to the beach. The pool was nice, if a little small.
