The Lago Resort is a traditional and family campsite, spacious and quiet, located 600 meters from Nuevalos and 3 kilometers from the Monastery of Piedra. It is located a few meters from the banks of the La Tranquera reservoir. It has numerous campsites surrounded by trees, as well as bungalows, mobile homes and apartments. Its facilities include a bar-restaurant, an outdoor summer swimming pool, a children's playground, a lounge with barbecue and a small supermarket.
In the famous and nearby Monasterio de Piedra, you can visit a park with lush vegetation, lakes, waterfalls and caves. In addition to visiting the Monasterio de Piedra, you can go hiking on the trails near the campsite, as well as in the Hoces del Mesa and the Hoces del Piedra, where you can observe a wide variety of birds, including the griffon vulture.
The easy access to the La Tranquera reservoir is ideal for fishing. Within a radius of 15 km, there are 5 spas in the towns of Jaraba and Alhama de Aragón, and a sixth spa in Paracuellos de Jiloca, 27 km from the campsite. Nearby you can also visit Calatayud and Daroca, two towns that preserve an important cultural heritage.

Camping Lago Resort has a large outdoor swimming pool. With a depth of between 100 and 150 cm, the pool is suitable for the whole family. It's just worth noting that children must always be supervised by an adult, as swimming is not supervised.

The campsite is ideally located for hiking and visiting the Monastério de Piedra. Also not far from the Hoces del rio Mesa and rio Piedra. The bungalows were comfortable and clean. The restaurant on the campsite is very convenient. We ordered their paella for one evening and enjoyed it. I would recommend this campsite.
