Visitors are not allowed on the campsite. We remind you that WOOD COAL BARBECUES are FORBIDDEN. Only gas or electric barbecues not exceeding 2000 watts are permitted. Pets are only allowed in certain accommodation. Reception : Open from 8.30am to 12pm and from 2pm to 7pm during July and August. For late arrivals, simply inform the management. In April, May, June and September, the office is open from 9am to 12pm and from 3pm to 6.30pm.

A very warm welcome, excellent kids’ and teens’ clubs, and a varied and enjoyable programme of evening entertainment. No pressure to spend excessively; table football and pool are just €1 per game. Affordable food and drink. You can attend the evening events without buying anything, and there’s a jug of chilled water available. Pleasant and friendly owners. A peaceful spot with a swimming pool. Close by (within 10 km) to the Layon wine cellars, the Bio-Parc, the rose garden and the ‘Mystery of the Phaluns’; 40 km from Angers, 30 km from Saumur and 60 km from Puy du Fou. The owners have recently taken over the campsite, so there are a few changes to be made – in particular, clearing away or hiding all the stored items, which currently make walking along some of the paths rather unpleasant. We’ll be back in a few years to see how things have developed.

Great potential to be developed. A well-located campsite with plenty of greenery. A warm welcome, a swimming pool, and friendly staff and managers. A peaceful atmosphere at this family-friendly campsite. The campsite needs to improve its surroundings to enhance its image. This is very important.

Work being carried out in front of the mobile home’s steps; a mini-excavator on site secured only by barrier tape (dangerous to leave children outside on their own)

Gaps between the decking boards are too wide and nails are sticking out
Mobile home in direct sunlight (fan available for a fee)
The description states that the launderette is free, whereas there is a charge (€5 + €1 per wash)
The kids’ club starts mid-week, even though it’s advertised as suitable for very young children; our grandchildren – one aged 2 and the other 3 – were turned away because they didn’t want to be separated
No welcome pack as stated on the campsite’s website
No entertainment at all during the first week of the school holidays
An entertainment leaflet was available from the second week onwards, featuring ‘dragwing’ activities (do you really think these are suitable for children?)
A 2026 mobile home with no air conditioning!
A very sharp, stony path, which was dangerous for the children
On arrival at the campsite, we wanted to eat at the snack bar in the evening to avoid having to go shopping, and on top of that, the little grocery shop didn’t even have any milk for breakfast
It doesn’t deserve 4 stars – far from it!!!!
