A lovely heated outdoor swimming pool welcomes you for laps in the cool of the morning and games, ball games and fun all day long. The heated paddling pool allows the little ones to play, swim and splash about in complete safety. After a great day out, it's time to relax on one of the deckchairs under the sun. under the mild Vendée sun. Opening dates and times for the outdoor pool area (subject to good weather conditions) :  Open from 01/05 to 27/09 (and heated from 24/05 to 15/09), from 10am to 7pm. NB: Shorty or boxer shorts, bandeau briefs and swimming briefs are permitted. Boardshorts, Bermuda shorts and boxer shorts are reserved for the beach. Children are under the supervision by their parents. Bathing supervision in July and August only. And let's not forget the campsite's 'trump card': the beach is just 200 m away, and easily accessible by a short, safe path. The Atlantic waves and sand castles are yours for the taking! Fresh or salt water, deckchairs or golden sand... the hardest thing to choose! The times given are for information only and subject to change. Access to the aquatic may be subject to restrictions, depending on the weather and health conditions, and any any maintenance work required during your stay.

The campsite offers internet via WiFi in collaboration with Osmozis. There is only one ADSL connection with very low speed, this bandwidth has to be shared with all guests using WiFi. This simply doesn't work, it's unusable during the whole day. Osmosis charged 56 Euro for this. We complained to both...

Very friendly camp site, lovely pool just a short walk from the beach. We didn't want to go home the kids had a fantastic time. St Gilles is a short drive around the coast, we went to the main beach there for the surf which again was great. Caravan pitch was a good size.

And a very relaxing and happy time we had
The camp site is immaculately clean, as are shower blocks and toilets
I had read that the showers were generally cold however this was not the case over the past 7 nights for us

Just returned from a 4 night stay at this site. In my opinion very poorly maintained. Very unfriendly staff. Excessively noisy at night with no help from the security guards. Disappointing to say the least!!!
