La Plage de Riez campsite is located in the heart of a state-owned pine forest and has direct access to the beach of Saint Hilaire de Riez. It is in a wooded park that you will appreciate the outdoor swimming pool and the paddling pool.

During the summer school holidays, family entertainment is offered punctually during the day and in the evening.

On site, various services are available to make your stay more pleasant: snack bar, bread deposit from mid-June to early September, and wifi coverage (paying) throughout the campsite.

You can enjoy the water at the outdoor swimming pool and the paddling pool. The pool is open every day from 10am to 8pm, from mid-May to 29 September (heated from the end of June to 15 September depending on the weather). Swimming shorts are not allowed. Wearing a bracelet is compulsory throughout the campsite. Aquagym sessions in July and August.

The campsite offers internet via WiFi in collaboration with Osmozis. There is only one ADSL connection with very low speed, this bandwidth has to be shared with all guests using WiFi. This simply doesn't work, it's unusable during the whole day. Osmosis charged 56 Euro for this. We complained to both...

Very friendly camp site, lovely pool just a short walk from the beach. We didn't want to go home the kids had a fantastic time. St Gilles is a short drive around the coast, we went to the main beach there for the surf which again was great. Caravan pitch was a good size.

Just arrived home having stayed at Camping La Plage de Riez
And a very relaxing and happy time we had
The camp site is immaculately clean, as are shower blocks and toilets
I had read that the showers were generally cold however this was not the case over the past 7 nights for us

Just returned from a 4 night stay at this site. In my opinion very poorly maintained. Very unfriendly staff. Excessively noisy at night with no help from the security guards. Disappointing to say the least!!!
