Exceptional setting, top staff, the only black spot and it's not the campsite's fault, it's the beach toilets, people are not clean, what a lack of civic-mindedness for the staff. All very welcoming, I really recommend it, we'll be back next year 😉

For me, friendliness and kindness are two essential qualities when working on a holiday site, and this was not the case with the staff during our stay. Fortunately, the location was 10/10.

I'd add one or two washing machines and a tumble dryer (a proper launderette), I'd protect the mobile home terraces so that you can enjoy the outdoors even when it's raining (transparent plastic curtain or similar). I'd make the grocery shop at the reception much more attractive and turn it into a real grocery shop (to say there is one is a bit of an exaggeration!). I would review the bakery system (the baker comes at 9am, you can't miss him!). Orders are placed the day before on a sheet of paper at reception, but he's not always aware of the orders, there are gaps! And reception isn't often open to take orders). Lack of presence at reception (only 1 person to manage the campsite?!!), we had to give the access code so that people could settle in (a sign at reception says that if no-one is there you have to settle in.... But there's a barrier to get through!
Our stay was very good, we loved it, these are just areas for improvement that we are thinking about following our experience. No negative comments! Thank you for a great stay!

An excellent place to meet up, a very pleasant estate for nature lovers, with walks around the lake and accrobranche (tree climbing). My children loved the zip line that crosses the lake and we were lucky enough to have a bit of sun in April to enjoy the outdoor games.

A cheaper rate for campers on the lake activities! A bit expensive for a family of 5! 25 euros for accrobranche per person is very expensive if you add horse riding, canoeing, .....
