The Sanitary Pass is requested on arrival, and masks are required at reception and in the sanitary areas only.

Useful information

A shuttle bus to the cave and the city centre is available. Access to the gate is via electronic keys issued at reception for only €10. It is possible to empty your motorhome and fill up with drinking water free of charge at the service area near the toilet block. However, it is not allowed to clean your vehicle there. The reception is open from 8.30 am to 7 pm.

A great welcome! With the small care 👍 mobilhome impeccable outside very pleasant . Small free-range farm very nice for children and adults 😉 location 3 min drive from the sanctuary GREAT Superb treehouse!!!

Stayed here was a very beautiful location, but it has no easy access to and from.lourdes town bus timetable is so infrequent, like every 3 hours so you have to get up early to go to town and wait around hours other end to get back, so very impractical, especially if have children or disabilities...
