Situated in Saint-Michel-en-l’Herm, surrounded by nature and bathed in the Vendée sunshine, La Dive campsite enjoys an ideal location just 5 km from the Atlantic beaches and a few kilometres from the region’s major seaside resorts, as well as Aiguillon Bay. To relax and cool off with your family, the campsite has an outdoor swimming pool open from early July to late September (weather permitting), comprising a heated outdoor pool for optimal comfort and a second unheated outdoor pool.

To enhance your relaxation and enjoy some convivial moments on site, you can make use of a pétanque court and a pool table.

In terms of facilities, the campsite has a cosy bar where you can enjoy a refreshing drink or a nightcap. For meals and daily shopping, you’ll also find a range of restaurants and shops just 500 metres from the campsite.

When checking any rates, please have a look at the year it was written: the site changed ownership in 2022 and decided to fill up every m2 with rentals.

Our first week was lovely, situated in a new glamping tent at the edge of the camping with a great view. Frantic work was going on to finish new lodgings...

A very busy place!

A very busy place, Ideal for families perhaps but this is a loud, busy place with lots of children (and I mean lots!) it’s very noisy! Try to avoid getting a pitch that’s near the football area as there are people socialising on it late into the night! (We had screaming and shouting till 2am...)...

We are here now and due to leave Sunday. We have had a brilliant time. The pool is fantastic for kids. Clean site and friendly staff who speak good English. One downside for us is we have been attacked by mosquitos in the evenings and ended up with lumps and bumps everywhere. Not the campsites fault...

Good sized pitches, need shade to grow quickly!Lots of big cracks in ground due to dry.Otherwise good campsite.Mostly French families, very little English spoken except at reception, which is reasonable in France!

we arrive with our motorhome having pre booked a touring pitch. The receptionist tried to overcharge us 38 euros, when we pointed this out she adjusted the price without any apology. We asked if there were any cycle path maps available, she pointed out of the window! I subsequently found a map in reception!...
