Located on the island of Oléron, 2.5 km from the charming village of Château d'Oléron, our 5-star Camping La Brande, Nature et Indépendant offers you quality services. Come and put down your suitcases in this unique setting covering 5.5 hectares of greenery and 300 m from a small beach at high tide.

We look forward to welcoming you to one of our 199 pitches. And at La Brande, there's something for every taste (and every budget): from top-of-the-range, with 40 chalets, 35 mobile homes and 2 fully-equipped tents, to a traditional campsite with 104 green pitches.

Don't forget your swimming costume, as our heated indoor swimming pool is open from 3 April to 1 October.

La Brande campsite is open from April 8 to November 6. It is just 2.5 km from the Château d'Oléron and only 300m from the beach. Tailor-made services are offered for unforgettable family vacations.

For your aquatic leisure activities, the establishment puts its covered and heated swimming pool at 29 degrees and its large slide of 42m at your disposal. The pool is open from late March to early November. The slide is accessible from June 1st to September 30th. The little ones will be delighted to have fun on the paddling pool installed not far from there, while the older ones will enjoy a moment of relaxation in the sauna area.

For the more active, the campsite offers a multi-sports field where you will find a basketball, soccer and volleyball court. Fans of ping-pong and mini-golf will have the privilege to participate in tournaments organized by the staff. Archery lessons are also offered at the same time. Throughout the stay, children can join the various clubs or participate in other free activities offered by the camp's staff. Outside of La Brande, vacationers can go on bike rides, canoeing or unusual nature outings. And during the summer season, many animated evenings within the campsite are to be discovered. In short, you will be pampered throughout your stay.

We liked the peace and quiet and the cleanliness of the sanitary facilities. The mobile homes are in good condition and comfortable.

The swimming pool is great, I recommend it,
On the other hand we are not 300metres from the beach as stated in the description of the campsite very disappointed we chose the campsite for the nearby beach
Very disappointed and mobile home boiler broke down several times and electrics blew out many times.

This is a lovely campsite and very family friendly. The pitches were good sizes, especially the ones towards the back of the campsite. Overall we had a good stay. The staff were friendly and reception staff spoke good english. Animations were only in french. Convenient site on a beautiful part of the coast. Nice clean well-organised site. All the facilities you could need and they were tidy and well maintained. Staff were friendly and helpful. Would use the site again.

We only booked Camping La Brande at the last minute but it was fantastic value and a brilliant find. The site is friendly, clean and the facilities are really good. The restaurant food is excellent and the bar area is a lovely spot for a drink as the sun goes down.
