It would be good to have a large parasol for the mobile home terrace as the parasol was a little small.

We were very disappointed, when we booked for 2 days and could only stay one night, when we called to report this we were told that we could only book one night and when we got there nobody at reception told us that it was only possible to book one night.
We therefore paid for 2 nights for nothing.
All this is a lie.
Whose fault is it?
I don't suppose you'll be giving us our money back.
