The staff gave us a very warm welcome. The campsite staff were extremely attentive and kind. However, the information on the voucher was completely incorrect. The telephone numbers listed are no longer valid. When you arrive late, it’s a panic if there’s no one to contact. Insufficient directions regarding the address to find the site. The arrival times are incorrect. Arrival is possible until 7.30 pm, not 7 pm! This voucher, containing incorrect information, caused a great deal of stress, which was a real shame as we’d hoped to start our holiday in complete peace of mind!
