Lack of electrical sockets

It’s great that the festivities finish at 11.30 pm

There’s no oven, so a small plancha on the terrace would be perfect

'+ a spacious, air-conditioned mobile home, fully equipped and clean + dogs welcome (up to 2) + direct access to the beach + kids’ club with no booking required and various session times
- evening entertainment at the campsite (very little entertainment for adults and very, very, very disappointing) - campsite restaurant (a 2½-hour wait for 2 burgers and 2 identical children’s meals... people who’d arrived after us were served before us; my 6- and 4-year-old children were fed up with waiting – and I can understand why – it was far too long, so on the other occasions we ate out, we made a point of avoiding the campsite restaurant)- organisation (after signing my children up for the kids’ club, I asked where we could get a drink from the welcome reception; I was told we had to wait at a table. I waited for nothing until I realised it was being served at the back, and by the time I got there, there was nothing left to eat… whilst chatting to another lady, I realised I wasn’t the only one who’d been misinformed)

A warm welcome, staff who were quick to respond to any issues, and brilliant entertainment staff.
A serious lack of shade around the pool, especially during hot weather.
The mobile home was overrun with ants (in the fridge, on the child’s bed, and on the tables inside and outside).
