Camping El Cid is located in a seaside resort on the Costa de Azahar in Peniscola, Spain. It is located 1.5 km from the beach. It welcomes you in a pleasant and wooded environment. There is a supervised outdoor swimming pool and a paddling pool.

In July and August, the EL Cid campsite offers activities for children and adults. The older ones will be delighted to participate in the petanque competitions. On site, you can also enjoy a playground, a petanque field, a ping-pong table and a table soccer. For the happiness of all, the establishment organizes several parties within the site like the foam party, the water party and the summer carnival party.

In terms of services, Camping El Cid has a restaurant offering traditional dishes and delicious pizzas cooked in a wood-fired oven. You can also enjoy a drink at the bar-terrace. There is a laundry and a barbecue area. A bread and pastry shop is also available.

The people at the reception were very good, everything was clean and the people were very nice, I loved it.

Very friendly French-speaking reception staff. We were a little far from the toilets. Otherwise pitch in the shade and big enough for Renault traffic and a 4-seater tent.swimming pool 25 m by 6m restaurant on site.aldi 500m.beach 1300m.supermercat 1500.

I liked it:
Proximity to city centre and beach. Nice swimming pool.

I did not like:
The bathroom is borderline unsanitary, the sofa that is supposed to accommodate a 5th person is completely smashed, insufficient dishes for 5, and no clothesline. The Wi-Fi announced to be free is in fact not free. Not enough indoor parking space to park the car near the accommodation. No activities during the day, only a few evenings during the week.
