A campsite with great potential (a lovely swimming pool, a pleasant wellness area, ideal for walks along the seafront), and a clean mobile home. However, there needs to be better enforcement of the rules of good behaviour (at the swimming pool; noise late into the evening and no response to complaints about this) and a lack of entertainment, particularly during the day. Disappointing, especially as we’re used to camping holidays and have never had cause to complain before.

We appreciated the warm welcome from the campsite managers and how quickly they responded (we had a minor problem with the water heater during our stay; as soon as we reported it, it was fixed straight away).
We also particularly enjoyed the swimming pool, which was very well maintained and had generous opening hours.

On a pris une option pour choisir l’emplacement mais en arrivant cette demande n’a pas été faite. Du coup on est à l’opposé de ce qu’on a demandé (mais on nous a remboursé le surcoût) pourquoi le proposer si c’est pour pas le faire ? Pour le mécontentement client ?
