Résidence La Perrière enjoys an exceptional location in the authentic village of Saint-Colomban-des-Villards, a wild Maurienne valley unspoilt by mass tourism. Just 300 metres from the first ski lifts in the Sybelles ski area, the residence offers direct access to the pleasures of the mountains, whether for skiing in winter or hiking in summer. Nearby, you can discover the famous Col du Glandon and the majestic landscapes of the Vanoise National Park. Although the residence does not have its own private swimming pool, residents have privileged access to the local lake, located around 200 metres away, which is ideal for cooling off in the summer when facing the peaks.
The residence has been designed with peace and quiet and outdoor sports enthusiasts in mind. There are ski and bike storage facilities on site, as well as direct access to the many mountain bike and hiking trails that criss-cross the Villards valley. The resort does not have a children's club or organised activities on site, preferring a peaceful, relaxing atmosphere. However, the village resort of Saint-Colomban does offer a range of activities for families during the summer and winter seasons, including ESF ski lessons, a natural ice rink and snowshoe outings. For sports enthusiasts, tennis courts and a multi-sports area are just a few minutes' walk away in the village centre.
Comprising small chalet-style buildings perfectly integrated into the landscape, the residence offers functional, fully-equipped flats, most with a balcony or terrace overlooking the mountains. To make your stay as easy as possible, La Perrière offers free parking right outside the building. Although there is no in-house restaurant, local shops (grocery shop, bakery, traditional restaurants) are just 300 metres away in the village centre, allowing you to sample local specialities without taking the car. Wi-Fi access is available in the accommodation (sometimes at an extra cost, depending on the options), and a launderette is available to residents.
