Camping Capo d'Orso is located in Cala Capra, in the town of Palau. It is located on the sea front and overlooks the archipelago of La Maddalena with its beautiful islands, of which Caprera is the most popular. Capo d'Orso opens its doors during the summer, from April 30 to September 19.

To best serve the needs of the whole family during the summer vacations, the staff at Capo d'Orso organizes daily activities, such as games, dances, and even shows. You can enroll your children in the on-site mini-club. Sports enthusiasts will find a tennis court and a soccer field. Water sports fans can enjoy canoeing, diving or windsurfing.

Within the grounds of the Capo d'Orso campsite you will find a supermarket, a pizzeria, a bar, a snack bar and a restaurant offering meat and fish menus.

Useful information

The reception is open from 7am to 1pm every day. These opening hours are subject to change. A helpline is available from Monday to Saturday from 9am to 7pm and 10am to 5pm on Sundays. The cash desk is open daily from 8am to 12pm and from 5pm to 7pm. Silence is required from 1pm to 3pm and from 11pm to 7am.

Was travelling 3 weeks on Sardenge and this was the Most expensive Place
Payed for a normal Place with 2 persons a Camper and electricity 3 Amps and 2 dogs in the low Season (October) 60€ per day
Restaurant is also the badest one I was eating at on Sardenge.

Friendly staff. Location nice, but not extraordinary. Trees still need to grow more for shade in all sites.
Sanitary facilities for campers nice, but few.

Be aware of surprises or fees:

Some mobile homes can be quite a walk away from the beach.
Two beaches. One with quite some traffic from windsurf...

We loved this place! Outstanding sea, facilities, great welcome when we checked in.
The restaurant is fab food was outstanding and I truly recommend the sea food options.
Pizza is also lovely!
Andrea was our waiter for the evening and we found him very helpful and professional!

I have been to this camp site many many times because it is a lovely location for sailing and windsurfing and also for visiting the nearby islands.
