Just that there was some work going on at the campsite and they didn't warn us about the water cut, fortunately for us we had nothing to organise in terms of activities. For the rest, it was very good and they react very quickly when there's a problem.

Positive points: Warm and friendly welcome + impeccable campsite and mobile home cleanliness + large indoor swimming pool.
Negative points : The lack of entertainment and the absence of shops and restaurants means that you have to leave the campsite.
This campsite is good for people who just want accommodation. For the "real holiday atmosphere", I wouldn't recommend it.

We stayed at the end of the season, so things were winding down, but the swimming pool and sun terrace were still open and the bar generally opened for two or three hours in the evening.

Perhaps because it was the end of the season the site was very quiet at night, which was excellent for us.

Large camping pitch, we asked to be move as the ground was a bit stoney and we were told to find a spot we preferred. Owners very helpful and they are nice people. Séjour en arrière saison très réussi à Brétignolles sur Mer. Le camping Le Cabestan est calme, bien entretenu et avec une bonne signalétique. Le personnel (et la direction) est sympathique. Le mobil-home est propre et fonctionnel.
